Oakley, Tulip, Rose and Flora are part of a litter of 8 puppies that were rescued from a bad situation. All of the pups in the litter are very shy and are in foster homes learning to trust people. These four are the farthest along with their socialization and are starting to come out of their shells. We think they are a border collie mix.
