FOSTER UPDATE: Rufus is an energetic, outgoing 5 month old Lab Mix! He has done well around people and other dogs. He is quite food motivated and loves his Yak Cheese chew toy. He is house trained and has been enjoying sleeping in his crate at night. Rufus is looking for an adopter who can provide him with training, structure and routine to ensure that he is set up for success in a new home. Rufus is currently working with his foster on some guarding behavior, so he would love an owner that can provide him with lots of structure and a consistent routine. He has displayed some guarding behavior and would benefit from an experienced dog owner to continue his professional training as he matures. Rufus is an 5-month-old Lab mix who is likely to be 40-50 lbs fully grown. He is up to date on all age appropriate medical care and microchipped.
