Stacy's former owner has health issues and reluctantly surrendered her to Kitty City. Stacy is a lovable cat who seems to crave human attention, but she can become overstimulated. We are noticing that Stacy is becoming more comfortable and friendly in her new surroundings at Kitty City. Her former owner said Stacy tolerates dogs but doesn't particularly like them.
