Hi! My name is Lola - aren't I gorgeous?! I am a 4-year-old pit bull mix and am incredibly smart, if I do say so myself. I know commands like sit, down, come, stay and place. I'm a very good listener and want nothing more than to be the best girl and please my human. I'm also great in the crate, am polite and well-mannered on the leash, and have never had an accident in the house. Do I sound too good to be true? Well, trust me, I'm not! If you're looking for a dog to take on hikes, I'm your girl! But if you'd prefer to have a lazy Sunday watching TV on the couch, I'm down for that, too. I like to play with other dogs but can tend to be overly protective of my food, so I would do best with an experienced dog owner who will help me maintain the good behaviors I've learned while with Hope Animal Rescue. I also would prefer a home without children. I have some allergies but they're easily managed with regular medication. I'm really hoping to find a family I can trust and love who will help me continue flourishing and enable me to be the best dog I can be! Could you be the one?
