Gentle giant Merle Haggard is a big dog lover's dream. He's a two year old, 70 pound, Great Dane mix who his foster describes as a chill dude. Merle is house trained, and while he hasn't learned to like his crate yet, he's not destructive around the house doesn't need constant supervision. This cuddle bug honestly just wants to be the biggest lap dog you've ever met, and will follow you around the house or lean against you for some pets. He isn't quite used to the city, and doesn't love loud trucks or loud noises, but otherwise he's good walking on a leash. Merle is great with people and other dogs, and very gentle no matter how much bigger he is than his friends.
