NSF, unable to examine teeth due to behavior. Dog appears to be healthy and in good body condition 4/14 (Per Med Staff) -- Unable to intake due to behavior. Growling, lip licking, hard barking, tense body. Behavioral Observations: 4/23 (Per Behaviorist) -- I was unable to remove Nancy for her assessment on 4/21, and was unable to remove her again today due to growling, barking, lunging at the kennel door, and showing teeth/lunging up at my hand while I was unlocking the door. 4/21 (Per Behaviorist) -- Unable to remove Nancy from her kennel for an assessment today. Someone had just handed out enrichment items for the dogs to eat. She was engaged with hers when I approached, and then when she noticed me at the front of her kennel she charged the front with flagged tail, pilo-erect, hard stare, mouth closed, low growling and cheek puffing. 4/14 (Per APO) -- The dog its barking all the time she aggresive with us and bite the control stick multiple times may be she need time to adjust 4/14 (Per APO) -- I pick up abandon Dog from location.
