All animals in your home Must be spayed or Neutered (if Six months of Age or Older, Unless a Health Condition Prevents It.) All members of the family must be present in order to adopt. We want to make sure it's a good fit for everyone! If you are planning on adopting a dog and already have an existing dog, we ask that you bring him/her to meet your potential new pet. Adopters must be willing to allow a Happy Go Lucky Mastiff Rescue representative to make a follow-up contact, either in person or by phone. If at any time you are unable to keep the pet or offer it proper care, it must be offered back to Happy Go Lucky Mastiff Rescue, before alternate arrangements are made. If the application passes this review, I agree to a home and yard visit on a mutually agreed date before an adoption decision is made. I agree to hold harmless, waive, and release from liability Happy Go Lucky Mastiff Rescue and Missy Morgan, should I become sick or injured from any animals as a result of the meet & greet. Applications must be completed and approved prior to adopting an animal. If approved, an applicant must sign a contract to adopt an animal which outlines the responsibilities of the adopter.
