My name is Evie, and there are so many things that make me extra special that it's hard to know where to start! First, and most importantly of all, I've got a sweet and affectionate disposition that makes me almost irresistible. I actively seek out attention, and particularly enjoy having my chin rubbed and my ears massaged. When we're in the room together, I stick close by your side, rubbing against your ankles and gazing up at you to get your attention. If you're sitting down, I enjoy settling myself very close by so that you can reach out and pet me anytime you please. I'm on the petite side, but because of my full and healthy fur, I look like I would be heavier than I really am. But the scales don't lie! Speaking of my fur, I'm a torbie, which means that I've got really beautiful combination coloring of rust, caramel and chocolate, highlighted by distinctive tabby stripes. I've even got that tabby "M" marking on my forehead. Last, but definitely not least, I'm a polydactyl, which means that I've extra toes. Yep, you heard me right! I've got extra toes on each of my paws, complete with these amazing thumbs on my front paws. So you put all of these things together, and there's no doubt that I'm a very special girl looking for a very special family! I'm spayed, microchipped, fully vaccinated (including rabies), and have tested negative for FeLV and FIV.
